Customers may request a return within thirty days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after the thirty-day period may not qualify for a return or refund. We recommend initiating your request as soon as possible to ensure eligibility.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included parts, accessories, and documentation. Proof of purchase or an order confirmation is required for all returns.

Products that show signs of use, damage caused by installation, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns, Orqevia LLC provides a prepaid return shipping label. Customers are not responsible for return shipping costs when the return follows our approved process.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns. Our goal is to keep the process straightforward and customer-friendly.

Refund Process

After your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within five to seven business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, additional time may be required before the funds appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We encourage customers to inspect orders immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days so we can quickly review and resolve the issue. We may offer a replacement, return, or refund depending on the situation.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, style, or product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly. Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be canceled. Once an order has shipped, it will fall under our standard return policy.

Shipping Information

We currently ship only within the United States. Orders are processed within one to two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping is free, and most deliveries arrive within three to seven business days depending on your location.
